Joanne Ireland, age 83, passed away on Friday May 1, 2020. She was born on December 3, 1936 in Wayne County. Joanne worked as a hairdresser for many years. She loved camping, bowling, tending to her flowers, and spending time with her grandkids and great grandkids.
She is survived by her sons, Edward (Roxanne) Ireland, and Richard (Michele) Ireland; her grandchildren, Tyne (Jason) Sanders, Tandee Ireland, Talon (Alyssa) Ireland, Travis Ireland, Naomi Thompson, and Megan Pine; great grandchildren, Croix Sanders, Bexley Sanders, Dexlin Sanders, Griffin Ireland, and Maisie Ireland; and her siblings, Charles (Joyce) Butler, Merrell “Buzzy” (Dee) Butler, and Joan Peabody. Joanne was preceded in death by her husband, Eddie Ireland; her sister Virginia Moe and her brother in law, Nathan Peabody.
