He was born on January 28, 1968 to George and Lynn Willis. Scott was a graduate of Arlington High School.
On Saturday December 7, 2002, Scott married the love of his life, Alice.
Scott did many things during his life including working for the family business, Willis Brothers, at a very young age. He was also self-employed hauling hay and he even owned his own logging truck and over the last 13 years he ran his own butcher truck .
Scott was an avid hunter as well. Scott and his friends loved to take packhorses and go to the high country in the mountains. He enjoyed riding motorcycles with friends and family. His passion growing up was the rodeo, Team roping and bull riding specifically, and he achieved many belt buckles. The family farm was a big part of getting the horses and Scott ready for the next rodeo.
He is preceded in death by his father, George Willis and his grandparents, Alvin and Betty Morgan and Cliff and Ruth Willis.
Scott is lovingly survived by his wife of 21 years, Alice. He is also survived by his mother, Lynn Willis; his brother, Travis Willis; his children, Juan, Jason, and Jonathon (Sarah) Delgado. As well as his grandchildren, Kylee, Skyla, Derek, Hunter, Cash, Kingston and Jayden; nephew, Erwin (Jazmine) Nichols; mother-in-law, Margaret Weidman; sister-in-law, Kelly Nichols; brother-in-law, Erwin Nichols; his dog, Chopper and many other friends and family.

A Celebration of Life will be held, Friday, March 24, 2023 at 2:00pm at the Pioneer Hall, 20722 67th Avenue, Arlington, Washington. A small service will be held Monday, March 27, 2023 at 2:00pm at G.A.R. Cemetery, 8601 Riverview Road, Snohomish, Washington.
