William Orbreyn Williams

William Orbreyn Williams, 83, of Martinsville, Va. passed away Sunday, November 13, 2022. He was born in Martinsville October 4, 1939 to William Haughton Williams and Lomer Elizabeth Rakes Williams. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by two infant sisters. He is survived by his loving wife of 61 years, Barbara Thurman Williams; sons, Mark (Mary Ann) Williams and Chris Williams; daughter Kim Savedge; grandchildren, Hunter Savedge (Rachel), Heather Dishmon (Ryan), Joshua Williams, Matthew Williams, Michael Williams, Hannah Savedge, Hailey Williams and Mason Williams; great grandchildren, Hunter Savedge, Hallie Savedge, Waylon Dishmon, Reese Dishmon and Jocelyn Biggs. Orbreyn loved and was very proud of his family, especially his grandchildren and great grandchildren. He loved being in the outdoors especially when he was bass fishing and hunting. He also enjoyed auto racing and listening to bluegrass music. A visitation will be held from 6:00 pm to 8:00 pm on Thursday, November 17, 2022 at First Baptist Church of Ridgeway. A funeral service will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Friday, November 18, 2022 and will be officiated by Reverend Lewis Harris. Interment will be follow at Roselawn Burial Park.
