Roger attended Charles Town High School. He worked as an HVAC Technician for Griffith Energy Services until his retirement in 2017.
He is survived by his wife, Kimberly Baker Fraley; children: Roger (RJ) Fraley Jr., and Rachel Fraley; grand-children: Tyler Johnson, Isaiah Cooper, Baileigh Kessler, Izabella Lipscomb, and Brionna Delore; brothers: Ted Fraley and wife Gloria and Dean Fraley and wife Lisa; sister: Sharon McFillin and husband Jim; and many nieces and nephews.
Roger is preceded in death by his parents, James Fraley and Mildred Swope; sister: Linda Bailie.
A visitation will be held at Rosedale Funeral Home on Thursday November 8, 2018 from 6-8 pm. There will be a graveside service on Friday November 9, 2018 at 11:00 am in Rosedale Cemetery
