Billy Jo Carter of Falling Waters, WV, passed away on Friday November 8, 2024.
Billy was born on October 30, 1967 in Bethesda, MD.
He was a man of many trades but spent most of his life as a carpenter.
He was an avid hunter and fisherman. He loved watching old western shows with his coffee in his hand.
Through all of the struggles one thing remains -
He loved us and we loved him.
He is survived by his two daughters Hunter Moretti (Carter) and Angela Mathis (Carter), nine siblings, four grandchildren, and multiple nieces and nephews.
He was proceeds in death by his parents Thomas and Barbara Carter.
