Susan Carol Stenger

Susan Carol Willis Stenger entered her heavenly resting place on October 22, 2021 at 8:55 am at the age 81. She was the daughter of the late David Edward and LaRayne Marjorie Rivers Willis. She was welcomed home by her loving husband of 50+ years, the late Thomas M. Stenger Jr. She was the mother of Bryan Thomas Stenger, grandmother of Lacey Renee Singleton and David H. Stenger, and was blessed with four great-grandchildren Nevaeh G. Singleton, Fredrick J. Singleton Jr., Aubree L. Singleton, Athalia B. Stenger. Sister of Dr. Scott C. Willis (Judy). She was also survived by numerous nieces and nephews as well as a host of long standing friends who were like family to her. Susan was preceded in death by her son Michael E. Leach and brother Larry D. Willis (Eugenia).

Her soul was kind, generous and strong. Her heart was ever warm and loving. She touched many, many lives and always shined light wherever darkness may lie. She will be dearly missed. No services will be held, per her request. A celebration of life and a gathering in her name will follow at a later day at her home for close friends and family.
