Rick Martin Porche passed away Wednesday, November 13, 2024 at the age of 71 years. Rick was a resident of Marrero, Louisiana. He is preceded in death by his parents Rudolph Ray Porche and Phyllis Panepinto Porche. He is survived by his loving wife Leslie Gautreaux, his son Justin Porche (Laura), stepsons Justin Meaux (Jordan) and Hunter Meaux (Monica) and granddaughters Adrianna Porche, Charleigh Kate Meaux, and Dolly Meaux. Brother of Regina Porche Carlberg (Eric), Glenn Porche, and Brian Porche.
Rick served in the US Navy during the Vietnam War and worked at Avondale Shipyard. His favorite past time was riding his Harley alongside his wife Leslie and their friends. He was a kind man with a big heart and never met a stranger. He will be greatly missed by all who knew him.
There will be no funeral services per Rick’s request. We will be having a celebration of his life sometime after the holidays and it will be announced after the first of the year.
