Rebecca D. “Becky” Foreman, 71 of Uniondale celebrated her Heavenly homecoming on Monday, February 22, 2021 at Markle Health and Rehabilitation Center. Becky was a graduate of Lancaster High School but was a proud Rockcreek Dodger. She often babysat, worked many odd jobs serving others, worked for Memcor Inc., Peyton’s, The Little Herb Shop, and retired from the Bluffton Walmart after 20 years of service. Becky was well known for caring for others and being a “mom/grandma” to many. She was a strong, independent, and faithful woman. She was never afraid to share her thoughts, love, or smile with anyone.
Becky was born on July 29, 1949 in Wells County, a daughter of the late Verlin F. and Barbara J. (Eckelbarger) Davison who greeted her at the gates of Heaven.
She leaves her legacy to be carried on by her son: Chad (Carey) Foreman; her daughters: Taija Foreman, Toshua (Michael) Manuel, Chajua Foreman, and Courtney (JB) Baumgartner; her faithful companion: Bailey Buttons; 14 grandchildren, 7 great grandchildren, and her loving granddogs; her siblings: Mary Lynn (Jim) Welch, Dennis (Denise) Davison, Chris (Toni) Davison, sister-in-love: Nancy Davison and her “partner in crime”: Cindy Hunter; as well as many aunts, uncles, nieces and nephews who also stand with her children on this side of Heaven.
She was also greeted at the gates of Heaven by a brother: Rev. Stephen Davison and many aunts and uncles.
Honoring her wishes, there will be no services held.
In lieu of flowers, please take time to make a contribution to your community in some way to honor Becky. This will be her way of paying it forward and giving the glory to God. In care of Myers Funeral Home, P.O. Box 403, Markle, IN 46770.
