Randall Marvin Richardson

Randy was born in Augusta, Georgia to Charles Marvin and Elizabeth Morris Richardson on February 9th, 1955. He married Teresa Mae Hardy on May 23rd, 2009, in Carterville, Georgia. Randy and Teresa were together for 19 years prior to their marriage.

Randy was a member of Alexander Pest Control management team since 2009. Randy’s career included technical and management positions at Orkin, Mayday, and Allgood Pest Solutions that spanned over 4 decades. His expert knowledge in termite and pest management technology was exceeded only by his care and concern for employees and customers. Randy’s passions and hobbies included cheering on his Florida Gators (GO GATORS), cooking, grilling, camping, fishing and working on multiple car and house projects, along with spending time with friends and family. Randy was always available to lend a helping hand to any and everyone who needed it and was a simple man that never asked for anything in return. Randy showed his love for his family and friends in a different way than some, but he loved everyone he met. He was known and loved by people all over the world.

Randy was preceded in death by father and mother, Charles Marvin and Elizabeth Morris Richardson, grandparents Charles Otto and Alma Mims Richardson, son Randall Richardson, brother Kenneth Earl Richardson, brother Leonard Alvin Richardson, sister in-law Jamie Richardson.

He is survived by wife Teresa Hardy Richardson, children Scott Richardson and Dakota Holt, sister Faye Marie Richardson, sister in-laws Wanda Sumner, Jane Hardy, Linda Richardson, brother in-laws Larry Hardy, Terry Hardy, Henry Webb.

Visitation will be held Saturday November 19th from 1:00pm to 2:00pm at the Chapel of Georgia Memorial Park Funeral Home and Cemetery, 2000 Cobb Parkway SE Marietta, Georgia 30060.

The celebration of life will be held at the same location Saturday November 19th at 2:00pm. Please join the family for food and refreshments following the service.
