She was a Registered Nurse at Wellstar having retired with 30 plus years of service at Kennestone Hospital Emergency Room. She loved to quilt and had traveled to 48 states and many countries.
Mrs. Reed was preceded in death by her husband, Ray Terrell Reed; daughter, Susan Carman; sons, David and Brian Reed.
Survived by her son, Brett S. Reed and his wife, Jackie; daughter-in-law, Joan Reed; 8 grandchildren and 11 great grandchildren also survive.
Funeral services will be held Monday Jan. 16 at 2 PM in the chapel of Georgia Memorial Park Funeral Home with interment to follow in Georgia Memorial Park Cemetery.
The family will receive friends between the hours of 12 until 2 PM Monday at the funeral home.
