Alfredo Marquez Zaballero

ALFREDO MARQUEZ ZABALLERO, age 85, of Marietta, Georgia passed away on November 9, 2018. Alfredo was born to Alfredo & Josefa Zaballero in Infanta, Quezon, Philippines. ​He graduated from the University of the Philippines Los Banos with a degree In Fishery & Ocean Sciences and a degree in Accounting from the University of the East. He retired as the Purchasing Agent for the Food & Beverage Department of the Atlanta Marriott Northwest at Galleria. In his spare time, he enjoyed ​gardening, playing Mahjong with his friends, walking his dog Lexi, and bird watching. He loved watching the Braves, the Falcons, and the Hawks. He also was a big fan of western & action movies. He enjoyed cooking for everyone.

Fred was dearly loved Aleli, his wife of 52 years and his daughter Aileen. His death is mourned by​ his two surviving siblings, Emilia and Jorge, and the late Mario, Angelita, Ernestina, Corazon, Guillermo, and Jose, and many grand nieces and nephews.

The family will receive guests between the hours of 3 o’clock pm and 7 o’clock pm on Monday, November 12, 2018 at H.M. Patterson & Son – Canton Hill, in Marietta. A Funeral Mass will be held at 10?? am on Tuesday, November 13, 2018 at Holy Family Catholic Church 3401 Lower Roswell Road, Marietta, Georgia 30068.
