Margaret Sweeney

Margaret "Marge" Sweeney (Laffey) 87 of Boca Raton, FL was welcomed by her Savior Jesus in Heaven March 11th 2021. Marge was born in New York, New York on September 20th 1933 to Helen (McKeown) and Bernard Laffey.

Marge was a strong believer that Jesus saves and trusted The Lord with her Salvation. She served the Lord through her church "Abundant Life" for 43 years. Pastor Woody and his wife Edith were very dear to Marge and she also loved the many pastors and congregants as well.

Marge was an only child who loved her family members (17) almost as much as Jesus. When she wasn't witnessing for Jesus she had a passion for Poker and would light up a room with laughter and her smile.

Marge is survived by her beloved children Helen Epperson (Sweeney), Maureen Petersen (Sweeney), Sheila Sweeney, Michael Sweeney (wife Kristi) and Christopher Sweeney (wife Michelle). Her adoring Grandchildren Steven Epperson (wife Christina), Brittany Najum (Petersen) (husband Jonathan), Megan, Colin, and Allyson Sweeney. Great Grandchildren Nathan, Shaun and Connor Epperson as well as her extended family and many friends.

A Celebration of Life Memorial Service will be on Saturday, March 20, 2021 from 2-4pm at Kraeer Funeral Home, Margate. The service will be livestreamed at www.Facebook.com/KraeerMargate.
