Denise is survived by her three children Michelle Krug (m. Daniel Krug), Danielle Stevens, and Craig Stevens, all of Margate Fl, her stepdaughters Brenda Neeves and Sheila Lewis, of Syracuse, N. Y. Her two grandsons, whom she adored, Kyle Krug and Craig Stevens II; Her sisters, Hugette Day of Montreal and Jean Lanois of Florida.
She was preceded in death by her husband David Lewis of Margate Fl, siblings Guay Lanios, Simone Dumond, Victor Lanois, Carmen Lanois, Fleurette Hamill, Yolands Devlin, Gaston (John) Lanois, and Richard Lanois.
She was born on 11/23/1938 in Cornwall, Canada to parents Albert and Yvonne Lanois, she graduated from Collegiate Business School with a degree in clerical studies. She worked in New York and Florida school systems for over 30 years.
Denise was a loving mother, who enjoyed spending time with her family. She enjoyed entertaining, cooking, and shopping. She was passionate about animals and politics.
