Fond memories of one of the “ great guys” that I was privileged to have  in my life. 

Bill, our old friend you have joined Ginny in God's presence. We have so many memories of you and your family going back to 1970, the year (if we remember) y'all moved to Monroeville. I have so many great memories of working with Bill at Westinghouse, hunting with Bill, and leading Boy Scouts. How about the trap shooting? Remember "pull-bang"? But that was about it- you and I couldn't hit clay pigeons if they were the size of garbage can lids! Remember when we worked with Senior Scouts and build a small turbine to show them how Westinghouse generators worked? And the Vowinckle family weekend camps? Gwen, Bill, and Cindy, we loved your mom and dad and we give you our condolences.

Will never forget the fact that we spent many (4) years together in I Buma Sig and we spent time in later years doing Income Tax Returns and visiting with one another in Marc Island and Bradenton, Fl.  Bill was a unique individual and we enjoyed our time together.

The game of Golf will never be the same. So many good times  and so many  wonderful memories.  I will miss you my dear friend and brother-- LOVE Ken

Please accept my deepest condolences for your loss. I had the pleasure of spending time with Bill and my Aunt J when I visited Marco Island over the last several years. The way they cared for each other was so heartwarming, and it was always apparent how much they enjoyed each other’s company. We had many laughs together, as well as serious discussions. I’m so glad they found each other; each was a blessing for the other. Rest In Peace, Bill. Heaven has gained a very wise and fun angel!

Bill was such a fun person to be around, just hearing his laughter made you smile and laugh along with him - - enjoying life!   I'm so blessed to have shared time with him and to have married his youngest daughter Cindy.  We all will miss him so much.  Love,  Mark
