So sorry to hear of the passing of Fred.  He was such a great guy who we enjoyed talking with and sharing stories.  He will be missed.

Love is a memory no one can steal

I umpired with Freddy many years in the Marco Senior Softball League and Freddy was always a professional. I also talked to him almost every Saturday Night at 5:30PM mass at San Marco. Freddy was really a good guy and he will be missed. RIP Freddy.

Watching Grandpa Freddie see Nicole for the first time on her wedding day is a memory I will always cherish. He was in awe of his beautiful granddaughter.  You will be missed Grandpa Freddie.  Sending our deepest condolences to Mrs. Carchietta, Nicole and the entire Mancuso/Carchietta family.

I’m deeply grateful to have known “Mr. C” for over 40 years. He was truly one of a kind – always full of energy, a joy to be around, and incredibly generous. He gave me the opportunity to work at his office and Phones Plus store during my college years, treating me like family. This was especially meaningful, knowing how important his family was to him – Miffy, his kids, and grandkids. 

A couple of years ago, I had the pleasure of visiting Miffy and Fred with my sister, Tami, witnessing Fred's unexpected acting debut. Who would’ve imagined that “back in the day” in East Meadow, Fred would be gracing the stage with a lead role in a play? It was truly remarkable; honest to God, he was great! The room echoed with laughter as Fred effortlessly entertained the crowd. This wasn’t unusual for Fred – making people laugh seemed to come naturally to him. His role in that play perfectly exemplifies what Fred was all about. Unafraid to take chances, try new things, and possessing a unique ability to engage people and make them laugh. At the same time, he wasn't hesitant to be the source of laughter himself. Fred embraced life wholeheartedly, living it to the fullest.

I was deeply saddened to hear of his passing and extend my heartfelt condolences to Miffy and the entire family. Fred will be sorely missed. God bless.

He loved this view. Who has it better  than  me,  he would say.... Not sure Heaven was ready, but His Wings were.

Such an amazing and caring person. I loved his stories and just chatting with him. Truly a great guy. My deepest condolences to Miffy, who he worshipped, and to all of his family. He was so proud of all of his kids, grandkids etc.. He loved to show me pictures of all of you and tell me how smart you are and how proud he is. He’ll be deeply missed.

Fred was one of my first teammates when I joined CCSS in 2001.   We got to chat about various things and discovered that we had the same birth date, 10 years apart.  Ever since then we greeted each other with "Happy Birthday" every time that we saw each other as an inside joke.   I will toast Fred on our shared day until I am gone.  See you on the other side and Happy Birthday, my friend.

You were a good man and a fun friend. God Bless you. We will miss you.
