Judith M. (Erickson) Howard, 70, of Southington, CT, formerly of Marblehead, passed away peacefully surrounded by her family on Saturday, March 10, 2012 at St. Mary’s Hospital in Waterbury, CT.
Born in Cambridge, MA on May 22, 1941 to the late David and Marion (O’Hara) Erickson, she had been a longtime Southington resident. Judith was a graduate of Marblehead High School.
Judith is survived by her son, Thomas Howard and wife Kim and their 2 sons, Finnegan and Eamonn of Brooklyn, NY; and her daughter, Rebecca D’Averso and husband Eric and their 2 children, Samantha and Ryan of Southington; her sister, Jean Smith and husband Francis of Manteno, Illinois; and many cousins, nieces, nephews and special friends.
Visitation will be held at the Eustis and Cornell Funeral Home, 142 Elm Street, Marblehead on Thursday, March 15 from 10-11AM. A graveside service will follow in Waterside Cemetery, Marblehead. Relatives and friends respectfully invited.
