A Vietnam era veteran both active and reserve duty and received an honorable discharge as 1st Lieutenant armor officer.
Tom was an active member of The Church of Horseshoe Bay and attended church and Sunday school faithfully and served on the Benevolence committee. When meeting Tom, you were always greeted with a smile and he was kind to everyone. Tom was a voracious reader, especially non fiction with history his favorite. He loved to cook and was a master at grilling, loved to make pies; especially berry. There was a time when dinner at the Mills was a gourmet delight.
We will forever remember Tom, who in the face of any challenge remained the kindest of souls. May he Rest In Peace.
