She was born November 16th, 1930 in Houston, Tx.
She graduated from high school in Kingsville, Tx. and later earned her degree in accounting from the University of Houston.
She was active in her church and was a member of several social clubs including her favorite Mahjong group where she was instrumental in building a club with over 20 members. She also was an avid bowler and golfer.
Margaret was preceded in death by her father, Burney Parker, Sr., her mother, Editha Parker, her two brothers, Burney, Jr., and Jim, and her husband, Lan Thomson. She is survived by her children, Carol Juneau and her husband, Jim, Jay McCulley and his wife, Kristi, Lanice Thomson and too many grandchildren and great-grandchildren to list.
Funeral services will be held graveside at Lakeland Hills Memorial Park, 4219 Park Rd. 4 S, Burnet, Tx. 78611 on Tuesday, March 16 at 2pm.
