Viola Rock, 88, of 220 Oak Hollow Dr., Santee, South Carolina, died Friday, September 12, 2003 at her home. She was born in Columbus, Ohio to the late William Searfos and Fannie Wycuff Searfos. She was a member of Immanuel Free Will Baptist Church.
She is survived by two sons, Bill Rock and Jesse Rock, both of Mansfield; two daughters, Jo Ann Adams and Sandy King, both of Santee, South Carolina; fourteen grandchildren; and a number of great and great-great grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her parents; husband, William J. Rock; and son, Robert Rock.
Friends may call at the Diamond Street Home of Wappner Funeral Directors, Tuesday, September 16 from 7-9 p.m. Funeral services will be held Wednesday at 1:00 p.m. at the funeral home. Burial will follow in Richland Church of the Brethren Cemetery. Memorial contributions may be made to Immanuel Free Will Baptist Church, 7434 Five Chop Road, Santee, South Carolina 29142.
