Robert "Bob" Earl Darr, 68, of Mansfield passed away at home on Sunday, December 10, 2017. Bob was born on August 4, 1949 to Donald E. and Marcella (Livingston) Darr.
Bob proudly served in the United States Army, and received the Commendation Medal. As part of his time in the Army, he traveled all over the world and the country. He enjoyed gardening, walking and playing cards especially Euchre.
Bob is survived by his brothers, Scott (Alice) Darr, Harold (Jean) Darr, and Carl (Ruth) Darr; sisters, Jean (Mike) Gillam, and Bev Barzanti; and numerous nieces and nephews. In addition to his parents, he is preceded in death by a brother, Donald W. Darr.
The family will receive friends from 1:30-3:30 pm on Sunday, December 17, 2017 at the Stewart Road Church of God, 1425 North Stewart Road. Pastor Bob Duncan will officiate the funeral service following at 3:30 pm at the church with the military honors by the Joint Veterans Burial Squad. Memorial contributions may be made to family in care of Wappner Funeral Directors. The Wappner Cremation Center is honored to serve the family of Bob Darr.
