Patricia L. Swartz

Patricia L. Swartz, 64, of Mansfield, Ohio passed away on Friday, September 30, 2016 at Hospice House in Ashland. She was born April 17, 1952 to Billy Sammons and Lula Mae (Gulley) Williams in Galion, Ohio.

Patricia was one excellent woman, she was laid back, easy going, and had a great sense of humor. Patricia was quiet and enjoyed being outside, reading, and spending time with her family. She loved her grandchildren dearly. Patricia perpetually hid gifts, but somehow always forgot where she hid them. She was a huge Cleveland Browns fan, she and her husband traveled to one away game, always making sure it was somewhere different each year. Patricia owned and ran L & L Cleaning with her best friend, Kathy (Adkins) Perry.

Patricia is survived by her loving husband of almost 47 years, Edward Swartz; two children, Christina (Rick) Lewis and Deidra (Jason) Gerhart; four grandchildren, Brittany and Becca Lewis, and Lucas and Leland Gerhart; three great-grandchildren, Emma Mae, Kenzlee Rae, and Connor Jae; her best friend, Kathy (Adkins) Perry; and her mother Lula Mae (Fred) Williams.

In addition to her father, Patricia is preceded in death by her daughter, Erica Lynn Swartz; and her great-grandson, Keaton Lee.
