Lily Rayne Bourne

Lily Rayne Bourne was born into the arms of Jesus on Sunday, July 30, 2023. Lily passed from anencephaly at Akron Children’s Hospital at Summa. Very thankful for every precious moment that was shared on this earth together, the love that Lily brought to the hearts of her family was endless and unforgettable.

Lily’s memory will live on with her parents, Steven Bourne Jr. and Brandie (Hill) Bourne; her grandparents, Matthew (Wendy) Hill, Tina Mitchell, and Steven Bourne Sr.; her great-grandparents, Shirley Porter, Rita Hill, Jeff (Kim) Mitchell and Helena Gwirtz; her aunts and uncles, Austin (Amber) Hill, Cristian (Cynthia Thomas) Hill, Mason Hill, Sherrie (Austin) Waidler, Shellie (Tai Sanders) and Scott Bourne; and many cherished family and friends. She was preceded in death by her great-grandparents, Wendell Porter, Larry Hill Sr., and Cindy Mitchell.

A memorial service will be held on Saturday, September 2, 2023 at 2:00 pm at Paradise Church, 87 N. Illinois Ave. with Pastor Jay Hill officiating. A special thank you to Akron Children’s Fetal Medicine and Palliative Care at Summa and Sufficient Grace Ministry.

Lily was held in our arms here for a short time but will be held in our hearts forever.
