Lawrence "Larry" Ernest Fulmer

Lawrence “Larry” Ernest Fulmer went to be with our Lord on Tuesday, December 17, 2024. Larry had a kind and gentle soul, and he was loved by his family and friends. Larry was born in Conneaut, OH on April 13, 1944, to the late Rev. Weldon and Dorothy (Boyer) Fulmer.

Larry attended Otterbein University in Westerville, OH and graduated from Youngstown State University. His career was in Corporate Finances. Larry was CFO of Borg-Warner/Artesian/Crane Plumbing Products in Mansfield, OH, and retired as CEO of Corpad Co. in Mansfield. He had been a member of and affiliated with many local groups. Most recently he was treasurer for The Hermits of Mansfield, OH.

Larry and his wife, Garnett, have been long time members of The First Congregational Church of Mansfield, OH. Larry served on most of the church committees, as well as being named to the honorable position of Moderator of the Church.

Larry is survived by his wife of 48 years, Garnett (Morgan Hill) Fulmer; sons, Keith (Jennifer) Fulmer, Kurt (Deb) Fulmer; stepson, Steve (Sheila) Hill; granddaughters, Courtney (Tyler) Smith, Hannah and Chloe Fulmer, and Ainsley Hill; grandson, Parker Hill; great-granddaughters, Gentry and Charley Ann; sister, Joyce (John) Albrecht; and niece, Debbie.

There will be a private family interment in the church chapel. A Celebration of Larry’s Life will be announced at a later date. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions can be made to the First Congregational Church music and youth programs. The family would like to thank all Larry’s care givers.
