Priscilla N. Lane Taylor, 49, of Lakehurst, NJ, passed away on Tuesday February 21, 2012, at the Monmouth Medical Center in Neptune, NJ. Born in Eustis, Florida, Priscilla had resided in Lakehurst and Manchester for many years. She graduated from Manchester Township High School, where she participated in field hockey and track, but it was basketball in which she excelled. She was named the Asbury Park Press Athlete of the week in 1981 and scored 1,527 points in her four year career.
Priscilla is survived by her husband Wilfiedo Taylor, Mother, Louise Lane, her Stepdad, William Glover, her daughter Jadis Rhodin, her sons Robert Dorsey Jr., of Lakehurst, NJ, and Denzel Taylor of Georgia, her sisters, Avee Johnson of Hampton, VA, Elsie Bostick, Browns Mills, Diane Lane, Manchester, NJ, and Cathy Glover of Browns Mills, NJ, her brother Gerald Lane of Manchester, NJ and several nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held at the Anderson & Campbell Funeral Home, 3010 Ridgeway Road, Manchester, NJ 08759, on Monday February 27, 2012, from 9 - 11 am, with a Service to begin at 11 am.
