Eleanor Kaman, 88, of Manchester passed away Tuesday, August 1, 2017. She was born in Jersey City on October 28, 1928. She was married to Louis Kaman on June 4, 1949. Eleanor worked for N.J. Bell and Lionel Trains. She was a member of Leisure Knoll Ceramics Club, and had a passion for animals, cooking, crafting, Hungarian Culture and the NY Yankees.
Mother of the late Barbara Kaman, she is survived by her loving daughter, Candis Kaman, her beloved granddaughter, Dana Kaman-Pape, her husband, Ken Pape; and many nieces and nephews. Eleanor was a devoted grandmother. Dana was her pride and joy. Candis made sure her adored mother, Eleanor, was free of all worries. The family is forever grateful for Tom and Elizabeth Raike’s kindness and generosity throughout the years.
Visitation will be Friday, August 4, 2017 from 2 to 4 pm and 7 to 9 pm at Anderson & Campbell Funeral Home, 3010 Ridgeway Road, Manchester.
