Joyce H Vitulli

Joyce Vitulli, a devoted mother and grandmother, passed away peacefully on Wednesday, December 11, 2024, at the age of 87, in Manahawkin, NJ. Born in the Bronx, NY, Joyce spent many years residing in Cortland Manor before making Manahawkin her home.

Joyce was preceded in death by her loving husband, Anthony, and her sister, Joanne. She is survived by her three adoring sons: Anthony and his wife Rita, Daniel and his wife Jennifer, and Scott. Her grandchildren, Anthony, Gianna, Vincent, Dominick, Isabella, and Sophia, were the lights of her life, and she cherished every moment spent with them. Joyce is also survived by her brothers, George and Allen Webb, and her niece, Carrie.

As a dedicated educator, Joyce retired from BOCES School in Yorktown, NY, where she taught cooking to children with special needs, leaving a lasting impact on the lives of her students. Her passion for cooking and sewing was only rivalled by her love for her family, who brought her immense joy and fulfillment. The countless memories she created with her loved ones will be treasured forever.

A memorial service to celebrate Joyce's life will be held at 11:00 am on Saturday, January 11, 2025, at The Episcopal Church of Holy Innocents, located at 410 S. Atlantic Ave., Beach Haven, NJ 08008. In lieu of flowers, the family kindly requests that memorial donations be made in Joyce's name to the Twin Light Historic Site, 2 Lighthouse Rd., Highlands, NJ 07732.
