Benjamin Randazzo

Born on November 29,1930 in Lodi NJ, he was a loving husband ,father, grandfather and great grandfather.

He played football and baseball for Lodi High School from 1945-1949 and was captain of the football team.

After high school he was drafted into the Army in 1951 and married his high school sweetheart, Marcy, who was the love of his life. He then shipped out to Germany during the Korean War.

He owned and operated Randazzo’s Florist in Lodi for over 40 years with wife Marcy, his Mom ,Dad and brother Angelo.

He is survived by his two daughters , Gail Hrbek and husband Richard , Cindy Laurina and husband Frank , two grandchildren , Jerry LoProto , Noel Irwin and husband Patrick , great grandson James Benjamin and brother Angelo .

He was predeceased by his wife Marcy (Brady) ,parents Frank and Rose and sister RoseMarie Minichetti .

His greatest joy was spending time with his family. He was an avid gardener and loved being on the water in his boat ,fishing , crabbing and clamming.

Ben was loved by all in his neighborhood.

He will be deeply missed by his family and friends.

Funeral Mass will be held on Thursday, November 9,2023 at 11am at St Francis Assisi Church,4700 Long Beach Boulevard, Brant Beach, NJ

Following the Mass , please join us at Calloway’s , 597 Rt 9, West Creek,NJ to celebrate Ben’s life.
