Gwenda Vaughn Vaughn Adams

Born January 6, 1954 in Pineville, KY, she was the daughter of the late William Andrew and Lois Freeman Vaughn. She was an employee of Glad Manufacturing for twelve years and was a loving and devoted wife, mother, grandmother, and sister.

In addition to her husband, Mrs. Adams is survived by one son, Frederick W. Adams and wife Marie of Madison Heights; one daughter, Jessica M. Adams, also of Madison Heights; two grandchildren, Ace Anthony Petrone Adams and Ayla Petrone Adams; one sister, Connie V. Grose and husband Jim of Marion, OH; four brothers, Kenneth Vaughn and wife Nancy of Lambertville, MI, Larry Vaughn and wife Sheri of Temperance, MI, Ronnie Vaughn and wife Anne of Ft. Wayne, IN, and Lester Vaughn and wife Debbie of Dayton, OH and her beloved dog “Petey”.

A memorial service will be conducted at 3:00 p.m., Saturday, September 22, 2012 at Whitten Monelison Chapel with the Rev. Glynn Coleman officiating.

The family will receive friends at the funeral home for one hour prior to the service, beginning at 2:00 p.m.
