Arthur Angelo Santini, 76, of Madison Heights, passed away peacefully at his residence on Wednesday, July 17, 2024. He is survived by his devoted wife of 39 years, Sandra Bryant Santini. Born in Alpena, MI, on January 13, 1948, Arthur was the son of the late Arthur K. Santini and Mary Elizabeth Micketti Santini. In addition to his beloved wife, he is survived by six children: Anthony Santini (Sharon), Tandi Williams (Jason), Vincent Santini, David Cunningham (Melanie), Christopher Cunningham (Carrie), and Katina Cunningham (Menti Purita). He also leaves behind his daughter-in-law, Holly Cunningham; ten grandchildren: Julia Johnson, Kaden Cunningham, Rebecca Crouch, Johnathan Cunningham, Connor Cunningham, Jessica Mays, Owen Williams, Kylie Williams, Carlee Cunningham, and Savannah Santini; two great-grandchildren: Nathan Cunningham and Madalyn Crouch; one sister, Phyllis Brecheisen; and three brothers: John Santini (Pat), Ralph Santini (Jan), and Angelo Santini (Claudia). Arthur was preceded in death by one son, Michael Cunningham and one sister, Josephine Santini. Arthur retired from Greif – Riverview Mill after 30 years of dedicated service. He proudly served his country in the US Air Force during the Vietnam War and was a faithful member of Mt. View Christian Fellowship. In his leisure time, Arthur enjoyed playing golf and was an avid sports fan. Known for his generous spirit, he was always willing to help others and had a strong love for his family, consistently putting their needs first. Arthur will be deeply missed by all who knew him, leaving behind a legacy of love, service, and dedication to his family and community. A service celebrating his life will be conducted at 11:00 a.m. Monday, July 22, 2024 at Whitten Monelison Chapel with Pastor Joshua Lizarraga and Mr. Patrick Hunt officiating. Interment will follow in Briarwood Memorial Gardens with military honors by the American Legion Post 16. The family will receive friends from 2 to 4 p.m. Sunday, July 21, 2024 at Whitten Monelison Chapel. Those wishing to make memorial contributions are asked to consider Mt.
