Wayne Malcolm Barnes, age 69, of Oxford, Michigan passed away on Monday, October 7, 2024. He was born in Pontiac, Michigan to the late Glenn & Mary Barnes.

Wayne is survived by his three daughters, Mary Freeman, Caroline Freeman, and Kathy Freeman, as well as his siblings Glenn (Harlene) Barnes II and Alexa (Richard) Groth.

A visitation for Wayne will be held Saturday, October 12, 2024, from 2:00 PM to 5:00 PM, with a Funeral Service at 4:00 PM at Edward Swanson & Son Funeral Home, 30351 Dequindre Road, Madison Heights, Michigan.

Wayne will be laid to rest at White Chapel Memorial Park Cemetery in Troy, Michigan.

In lieu of flowers, contributions in Wayne's memory may be made to Alzheimer's Association, https://www.alz.org/.
