Beloved brother of Patricia M. Smith, Robert (Laura) Smith. Uncle of Kayla Smith, Marin (Johan Salvatore) Smith, Keagan Smith.
Mark was a stock handler, until his early retirement at Arnold Drugs, Farmer Jacks and KDS Supplies.
His hobbies were Tigers baseball, Hockey, College Football. Mark also enjoyed going to the Madison Heights Senior Citizens Center and playing bingo & bunco every week.
He was an active member of St. Vincent Ferrer Church in Madison Heights, Michigan and a lifetime usher for forty plus years.
Mark Adored his nieces and was able to attend his middle niece Maria's wedding in August. He dearly loved his dog CeCe and was uncle to dogs Clarke and Frank.
Mark had a sort heart and a gruff exterior, he had a quirky sense of humor and often spoke out of turn or said the wrong thing at the wrong time.
He will be missed by family and friends who knew him.
A memorial service for Mark will be held Saturday November 13, 2021, 11:00 a.m. at St. Vincent Ferrer Church Madison Heights, MI. 48071
