Ratliff, Sr. Judge Carl Thomas age 85, March 24, 2017. Carl holds an A.B. degree from Johnson C. Smith University, Charlotte, North Carolina, a Master's degree from Atlanta University, Atlanta Georgia, along with a J.D. degree from Wayne State Law School. He was a Wayne County Community college professor. Husband of the late Gloria Constance Douthit Ratliff. Dear father of Risa Ratliff and Dr. Carl T. Ratliff Jr. A memorial service will be held at Church of Christ Cranbrook Bloomfield Hills, Michigan, Saturday April 1, 2017 at 11:00 a.m.
