Robert "Bob" Stanley Turner

Robert “Bob” Stanley Turner, 75, went to be with his Lord and Savior on Thursday, August 17, 2023. A celebration of his life will be held on Monday, August 21, 2023 @ 3:00 p.m. at Friendship Baptist Church, 1322 Feagin Mill Road, Warner Robins, GA 31088. The family will greet friends from 1:00 to 3:00 p.m. at the church. Burial will be private at Macon Memorial Park Cemetery with Dr. Paul Cowles officiating.

Bob was born in Fort Sam Houston, TX to the late Allen and Wynelle Hiett Turner. He served his country in the United States Air Force for twenty two years and worked as an Aircraft Electrician at Robins Air Force Base for eighteen years. Bob was a member of Friendship Baptist Church where he served on the security and safety team and the grounds committee. He was a devoted and loving husband, father, grandfather, brother and cousin.

He is survived by his wife of thirty-eight years, Debbie Turner of Warner Robins, children, Teresa (Lance) Watson of Warner Robins, Tonya (Alex) Rozier of Byron, Christa (Matthew) Buford of Oklahoma City, grandchildren, Corey Burks, Christopher Burks, Abigail Rozier, Loralai Rozier and Nora Buford, sister, Jane (Ricky) Sanders, several cousins, friends and neighbors.

The family would like to give a special thanks to Chunda Hall for the love and care given to Bob during his illness.
