Mary Frances Donaldson Asbell, 86, passed away on Monday, November 18, 2013. A graveside service will be held on Friday, November 22, 2013 at 11:00 a.m. at Macon Memorial Park Cemetery with the Rev. Paul Dziadul officiating. The family will meet friends one hour prior to the service at Macon Memorial Park Funeral Home. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to United Hospice, 6060 Lake Commons Drive, Macon GA 31210.
Mrs. Asbell was born in Macon, GA to the late Bates G. and Carmine Weeks Donaldson. She was preceded in death by her husband, James Franklin Asbell and a son, Frankie Asbell. Mrs. Asbell was of the Baptist faith and was a homemaker.
She is survived by her children, Renay (Bill) Bailey of Cary, NC, Theresa (Jim) Greene of Fayetteville, GA, Gwen (Gary) Griffin of Forsyth, GA, fifteen grandchildren and twenty two great grandchildren.
