Kathy Renee Gordon

Kathy Renee Gordon -MACON - Kathy Renee Gordon passed away May 26, 2012. Funeral services will be held 11A.M. Wednesday, May 30, 2012 in the chapel of Macon Memorial Park Funeral Home. She always jokingly said that her funeral will be cancelled if it rained. Interment will follow in Macon Memorial Park Cemetery. Rev. Marty Watson will be officiating. The family will receive friends from 6:00 to 8:00 P.M. Tuesday at the funeral home.

Mrs. Gordon was born in Bibb County to the late Robert and Louise Tucker. She was a Para Pro for the Bibb County Board of Education and was of the Baptist faith. Mrs. Gordon is preceded in death by mother-in-law Jean Gordon; brothers-in-law, Ken West and Raymond Smith; nephew, Phillip Smith.

Survivors include her husband Darryl Gordon; daughter, Amber Gordon (Andy) of Lizella; son, Brandon Gordon of Macon; sisters, Sue West of Macon, Diane Beasley (Charles) of Eatonton, Bonnie Smith of Lizella, and Robbie Martin (Stan) of Warner Robins; grandchild, Skyler Slappey of Lizella; father-in-law, Rufus Gordon of Macon; brother-in-law, Alan Gordon; sister-in-law, Natasha; many other family members and friends also survive.
