John “Johnny” Henry Dixon, Jr., 56, passed away Thursday, January 7, 2021. Memorial services will be held at 2:00 PM Tuesday, January 12, 2021 in the chapel of Macon Memorial Park Funeral Home with Rev. Paul Dziadul officiating. The family will greet friends on Monday, January 11, 2021 from 5:00 to 7:00 PM at Macon Memorial Park. Masks and social distancing are required to be in attendance. Johnny was born in Macon the son of the late John H. Dixon, Sr. He was a self-employed contractor and was a graduate of Jones County High School Class of 1983. He loved bowling and golf and most of all his family.
Johnny is survived by his mother, Linda (Keith) Mullis of Forsyth; sister, Melissa Dixon Sanderlin (Bobby) of Gray; step-brother and step-sisters, Jonathan Mullis (Jessica Vogel), Sarah Mullis of Macon and Cindy Edwards (Justin) of Byron; daughter, Amber Major; several nieces, nephews, aunts and uncles.
