Donald Lee Tussing, 75, passed away on Saturday, May 18, 2024. A celebration of his life will be held on Wednesday, May 22, 2024 at 3:00 p.m. in the chapel of Snow’s @ Macon Memorial Park. Burial will be in Macon Memorial Park Cemetery with Bro. Clinton Fields and Billy Adams officiating. The family will greet friends on Tuesday, May 21, 2024 from 6:00 to 8:00 p.m. at the funeral home.
Donald was born in Baltimore, Ohio to the late Richard and Emma Finkbone Tussing. He was retired as the principal planner with Macon Bibb County Planning and Zoning. Donald attended the Church of God of Prophecy and was a member of the Mabel Lodge #255, and Baltimore Lodge #0475. He was a member of the Georgia Native American Flute Circle and the Dulcimer Circle. He was a devoted and loving husband, father, papa, and brother.
He is survived by wife, Delbra Tussing of Macon, daughters, Jennifer (Doug) Morris of Winder, Stacy Lee Tussing and Denise Nicole Tussing, grandchildren, Devin (Marissa) Lavender, Krista (Sam) Thomas, Taylor (Aaron) Evans, Colt Tussing, and sister, Jean Tussing.
