Deborah Lou Moore Buchanan, age 63, of Lizella, Georgia passed away on Friday, November 5, 2021. Deborah was born September 25, 1958, the daughter of Patricia Jenkins Moore and the late Douglas Raymond Moore. A Celebration of her Life will be held at 2:00 PM Tuesday, November 9, 2021 at Midway Baptist Church. Rev. David Knight and Nathan Hiland will officiate. The family will greet friends following the service. In lieu of flowers the family asks that donations be made to Midway Baptist Church, 1200 Moseley Road, Lizella, 31052.
Debbie is survived by her husband of 44 years, Russell Wane Buchanan of Lizella; children, Christine Hiland (Nathan), Katie Elrod (Tyler), and Ryan Buchanan; grandchildren, Emma Hiland, Chloe Hiland, Brielle Hiland, Logan Elrod, and Leah Elrod; mother, Patricia Jenkins Moore; siblings, Donna Pancake (Rodney), Tim Moore (Wendy); several nieces and nephews.
