Salwa Khoury, 69, of Belvidere, IL, passed away December 26, 2022 surrounded by her loving family. She was born August 12, 1953 in Ramallah, Palestine, the daughter of Jaleel and Jamileh (Jiries) Mashni. Salwa immigrated to Chicago when she was 11 years old. Salwa was a faithful Jehovah’s Witness for 45 years. She was the dedicated wife of Kamel Khoury, who preceded her in death on January 26, 1993.
Salwa was the devoted mother to George Khoury, Sharon Khoury and Tina Khoury. She was the loving grandmother to Leila Khoury, who was like her daughter.
