Oakley is survived by her parents, Jamie and Bree Shackleton; sister, Bailey Shackleton; grandparents, Garwin and Carla Richmond, Spencer and Julie Greenwaldt, and Kevin Shackleton; aunts and uncles, Jesica (Kyle) Joyes, Payton Richmond, Jaylen Richmond, Garwin Richmond III, Emma Shackleton, Shawn (Emily) Greenwaldt, and Chris (Jacklyn) Greenwaldt; many cousins.
A memorial visitation will be held on Saturday, August 5, 2023 from 9am until the time of the memorial service at 10am at Sunset Funeral Home (8800 N. Alpine Road, Machesney Park, IL 61115). Inurnment to follow in Sunset Memorial Gardens.
