I, like many others, will miss Larry and his friendly smile and caring personality. My years working for and with Larry were some of the most enjoyable times of my years at Honeywell. He was the type of person that motivated you, without saying a word, to do your best for the customer, the company and for him as your leader.  Farewell my friend. 

I am so very sad and heartbroken to hear that Larry has passed away. My deepest sympathy to Jeanie and Larry's entire family. Larry was a fantastic boss and wonderful colleague to me for many years at Honeywell Micro Switch. I was on his team in NY when he was living in Connecticut, and again in Detroit after he had moved to Rockford. I always enjoyed his very cool sense of humor, competitive nature, and keen perspective. Larry had a very significant and positive impact on my career, and was a great mentor and friend. Larry's motto was always "work hard and play hard", and we indeed did both. I had the pleasure of seeing Larry and Jeanie, and our mutual friend and colleague Jim Locke at Larry's house in Rockford a number of years ago while traveling in the area, and am grateful to have had the chance to catch up and reminisce. May you be in peace and smiling down on all of us Larry, cheers!  

Larry was a great person, beside being a great neighbor. Throughout the years we enjoyed his company and sweet manners. Having to see him and Jean working in their garden was a comfort and a long fun conversation we had out there. If there’s a comfort it’s that his pain has ended for good and he is in a better place with the Lord now. Our great condolences to Jean and the rest of the family, may they’ll find comfort in the memories he made with you and the grand kids. 

Larry with all his pain still remained a great grandpa to his grandkids...I totally respected how he avoided his discomfort whenever we had family gatherings and got together...he certainly let his family know he loved them and enjoyed being with them every time...I know my son respected and enjoyed talking with him...Marge and I loved all he did for his children and grandchildren even though he was dealing with all his pain. We will miss Larry and always remember him in our thoughts and prayers...eternal rest grant him o lord...the pain has ended...we love you Larry until we meet again...God bless you.

I started working for Larry at The Laundry Room in 2005.  I remember my first week the backroom   was running out of toilet paper and I mentioned it to him.   He says in the most serious tone and look " Well you know what that means-you will have to tell the customers to use the 1 sheet rule."   I stood there for a minute trying to comprehend what he meant and when I did I was horrified. I thought to myself How am i going to do that?   He then laughed saying "Charlett,  I'm just kidding."...Whew....  Larry was a great boss man &  friend.  We
 are very blessed to have known him & thankful to  hear his stories shared of life and his wisdom in business!  He will be greatly missed

May Larry, Jeannie and the Frew family find the peace they all deserve after Larry's long battle with his health.  Their strength over these last few years shows what the words family and love truly mean.  I raise a glass of Tito's in Larry's memory and know he is up there smiling down on his soul mate and family, saying it's not goodbye, it's I'll see you again down the road.
