Debra A. Hicks of Janesville WI passed away February 10, 2019.
She is survived by her brothers; Thaxter (Lori) Higgins, Eddie Burkhamer, Ricky Higgins, Bill Higgins, and Opal Sullivan, daughter; Tina Randolph, and Nichole Dewey, grandsons; Trenton Dewey and Zach Randolph as well as many nieces and nephews.
She is predeceased by her parents, Geraldine and Thaxter Higgins.
