Ashton Kobie Michael Lathrop-Claus

Ashton Kobie Michael Lathrop-Claus passed away peacefully on Saturday July 15, 2017. Born November 29, 2016 in Rockford, IL. Son of William Brown and Alyssa Lathrop. Little Ashton came into this world early and made quite the impression on everyone who met him. He fought for as long and as hard as he could until it was his time to be called home to be with his Uncle Cody. Even though he was small he sure was mighty. He will forever be loved and missed by his loving family.

Survived by his loving Parents, William and Alyssa; Brother, Riley Lathrop; Sister, Selah Brewer; Maternal Grandparents, Eric Lathrop and Audra Engleking; Paternal Grandparents, Mark and BeLinda Brown; Special Aunt, Trynattee Engleking.

Funeral Service at 2 p.m. on Friday, July 21 at Sunset Funeral Home, 8800 N. Alpine Rd, Machesney Park. Visitation at 1 p.m. until time of service. Burial following in Willwood Burial Park.
