Phyllis Ann Martin

Phyllis Ann Martin was born on March 11, 1936 to parents Ralph and Clara (Morris) Fortney in Marion, IN and passed comfortably in her sleep on August 10, 2021. Phyllis knew a full and satisfying life and left her children and family wanting for nothing. She will be missed by all those who knew and loved her.

Phyllis is preceded in death by her parents; her husband, Lawrence James Martin; and 7 siblings. She is survived by her brother, James Fortney of Marion, IN; 5 children; 12 grandchildren; many beloved great-grandchildren; and a host of extended family and friends. As per her wishes, there will be no viewing or services and she asked that in lieu of flowers, she would like everyone to consider donating to their favorite charities and/or causes.
