Paula Jeanette Baker was born on August 02, 1953 in Dallas, TX to parents Sam and Pauline (Green) Story. She entered into eternal rest on December 21, 2019 in Tyler, TX. Paula proudly owned the Burger Barn in Eustace, TX, where she enjoyed serving her customers and the community. Every year she would serve a free Thanksgiving meal to those in need or did not have any place to go. She was a loving woman who treated everyone like they were her own family. She was generous and could always find the good in others. Paula would always put others needs first. She was an incredible wife, mother and grandmother. Paula enjoyed her fish tanks, she could be found cleaning them and making sure, they were beautiful for viewing. She would spend her free time making candles and making memories with her soulmate Billy. Paula and Billy were married at the courthouse in Kaufman on April 24, 1970. She loved her family and friends and will be greatly missed.
Paula is preceded in death by her parents Sam and Pauline, and her son Ronald Baker and her nephew Keith Mann.
She is survived by her husband Billy Baker of Mabank, daughter Kim Jones and husband Greg of Gun Barrel City, daughter Kelly Letkiewicz and husband Jordan of Mabank, daughter Kyrstal Scott and husband Cody of Mabank, son Billy Baker Jr. of Mabank, grandchildren Wade, Emily, Caleb and wife Sydney, Saylor, Mason and Ethan, sister Bobbe Mann and husband Roy of Seagoville, and sister Connie Condor and husband Donnie of Kemp, and many other family members and lifelong friends.
