James Douglas Hass

Doug Hass was born on January 23, 1961 in Dallas, Texas to parents Freddie and Darnell (Rollison) Hass and entered into eternal rest on June 16, 2020 at the age of 59. Doug was a very outgoing person and enjoyed joking around with everyone. He loved being outdoors, fishing and hunting. Doug loved his family very much, but his grandchildren were his life. He never met a stranger and everyone loved him. Doug was an amazing son, husband, father, grandfather, brother and uncle. He will be immensely missed by all who knew and loved him.

He was preceded in death by his father Freddie Hass, stepfather and grandparents.

Doug is survived by his loving wife Linda Kenner of Log Cabin, daughters; Jennifer Hass and husband Ruben of Joaquin, Crystal Hass of Carthage and Jamie Hass-Oldham and husband J.D. of Eustace, son, Dwayne Scott and wife Tara of Log Cabin, mother Darnell Thompson of Log Cabin, brothers; Gary Hass of Log Cabin and John Hass and wife Verdonna of Waxahachie, grandsons; Dylan Barbee and wife Crystal of Hawaii, Trenton Hass of Louisiana, Cody Foshee of Joaquin, Bandon Soto of Joaquin and Kaysen Oldham of Eustace, granddaughters; Kenna Oldham of Eustace, Dixie Hass of Carthage and Haley Hass of Carthage, grandsons; Anthony Scott-Megan of Log Cabin and Cody Hall-Megan of Frankston, granddaughters; Amy Hall of Frankston, Jessica Wichner–John of Frankston, Allie and Nevaeh, grandson Conner, many great-grandchildren, numerous nieces, other loving family members and many more lifelong friends.
