The world's light became a little dimmer. Taken from us too soon, a new angel recieved her wings on April 21, 2023. Alexis Deanne Garoutte was born on March 12th, 1998. She was a beautiful soul adored by her family. She will be truly missed.
Alexis enjoyed horses and riding, her competitive cheerleading, and being with her friends.
She is preceded in death by her father, William Dan Garoutte, and her stepmother, Tiffany Deanne Clayton. Alexis is survived by her mother, Tara Castro of Gun Barrel City; sister, Brooke Lyn Garoutte of Payne Springs; step sisters: Hanna Garoutte of Greenville, Jocelyn Garoutte of Greenville, Kiley Landtroop of Gun Barrel City, and Lyric King of Gun Barrel City; step brother, Tyler Clayton; two sons: Jayden Dean Farrell of Malakoff and Jaxson Dean Murrow of Tool; paternal grandparents, Tamara Garoutte Smith and Mike Smith of Payne Springs; maternal grandparents, Carlos and Mary Castro of Payne Springs; uncles: Eric and Stacy Castro of Gun Barrel City and Carlos and Alicia Castro of Larue. Numerous cousins and friends.
