Thelma Winnifred Francis, age 101 of Lynnwood, Washington passed away peacefully on December 02, 2024, surrounded by her loving family. Thelma was born to Otto and Della Olsen in Bellingham, Washington on January 11, 1923, she graduated from Bellingham High School and married the love of her life, Norman Arnie Peterson in 1941. Norman built their house in Lynnwood in 1951 where they lived and raised their two children, Dan and Holly. Thelma and Norman enjoyed golfing, camping with their family, and traveling to exotic places in the world. They raised their two children, Dan and Holly. Sadly, Norman passed in 1983. Thelma continued her traveling experiences and eventually remarried. She lived in her house until she was almost 99 years old.
Thelma is survived by her son, Norman Daniel Peterson, daughter Holly Lutz, son-in-law Ronald Lutz and two grandchildren, Kyle Lutz and Travis Lutz.
