Carole Anne (Hamilton) Watts; born on August 15, 1949, passed on Wednesday, September 25, 2013 of natural causes. She is survived by her Husband of 40 years, Jimmy Denis Watts, Daughter, Arielle and Son, Jameson. Services will be at Purdy and Walters at Floral Hills, Lynnwood, on Thursday October 3rd, 2013. Viewing at 1:00, Service at 2:00, Graveside at 3:00 reception to follow.
Carole was the only surviving child of James and Astrid Hamilton, born in Chicago, lived for a short time in Pueblo, Colorado and grew up in Long Beach, California - Graduating from Millikan HS in 1967, and from Cal State Univ. at Long Beach in 1973. Married to Jimmy Denis Watts in Long Beach on August 25, 1973, she gave birth on September 19, 1986 to the “miracle twins” Arielle and Jamie after 100 days in the High Risk Maternity unit of Huntington Memorial, in Pasadena, Ca.
An employee of the IRS, a small business owner, she relocated with her family to Woodinville, Washington in 1989. Carole took a very active role in the education of Arielle and Jamie while they attended PACE at Woodmoor Elementary. A life-long animal lover, she relished the seclusion of her home surrounded by tall trees and shared with many pets, dog - Benito, cat- Cougar, Chickens, and the wild birds and animals that benefited from the amply supplied feeders and wildlife friendly habitat.
“Ca” will be remembered for her joy of fusing glass, her two children, reading, being fashionably late, gardening, collecting unique treasures and decorating for every season and holiday.
