Patrick James Fahey

Patrick "Pat" James Fahey, age 66, of Salem, passed away on Tuesday, December 17, 2024. He was the beloved husband of Deb (Censabella) Fahey with whom he shared 35 years of marriage. Born in Boston, he was the son of the late James and Jean (Kane) Fahey.

He was the devoted father of Erin (Fahey) Perez and Patrick Fahey; father-in-law to Fernando Perez; the dear brother of Jim Fahey, Tom Fahey, Brian Fahey, and Jean Mary Perri. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews. He was pre-deceased by his brother Michael Fahey.

Pat grew up in Somerville, graduated from St. Clement’s High School with the Class of 1976 and continued on to Northeastern University where he graduated with a B.S. in Business Administration. He worked as a manufacturing engineer in three different fields, most notably in the medical industry. As an avid Patriot’s fan, he wore one of his Patriot’s t-shirts every Sunday. He was also a huge fan of the Celtics. One of the things he enjoyed most was attending his kids many extracurricular activities. He cherished his time spent with family and friends; and loved his dogs.

A Visitation for Patrick will be held Sunday, December 29, 2024 from 2:00 PM to 5:00 PM in the Cuffe- McGinn Funeral Home, 157 Maple Street, Lynn. His Funeral Mass will be held on Monday, December 30, 2024 at 10:30 AM in St. Pius V Church, 215 Maple St, Lynn. *Please meet directly at church*. Burial to follow in Greenlawn Cemetery, Salem.
